This event comprises many different classes such as: Stretch & Breathe, Pilates, Dance for Fitness, Mindfulness & Meditation and Gentle Yoga.

It will finish with a journalling session and a relaxing meditation, lunch is included too!

The day starts at 10am until 3.45pm.
