Free Parking in Oswestry this Christmas/2021

Oswestry Town Council have agreed to waive parking fees on Saturday the 4th, 11th and 18th December. This decision covers the Town Council operated car parks only, of Central car park, The Horsemarket and Smithfield Street.

With car parking in Oswestry, already free on Sundays, this means that shoppers will have the benefit of free parking in the three weekends on the run up to Christmas.

Adele Nightingale, Oswestry BID Manager, said ‘We welcome the decision from Oswestry Town Council, and would advise our businesses to promote the free festive parking to encourage the public to ‘shop local”
