The Little Mall on Cross Street – fresh thinking on Oswestry’s High Street
An exciting new approach to re-purposing the old Burtons/Dorothy Perkins shop unit on Cross Street has had a positive reception from public and business alike. Having lain dormant for several years, a funky new concept for the unit, The Little Mall, has been proposed by local Chartered Architectural Practice, Design & Planning Associates (DPA) working together with property consultants, Celt Rowlands.
The idea is to transform the unit into a welcoming boutique arcade of smaller shops providing opportunities for independents to get onto the high street, while enhancing the shopping experience in Cross Street.
