Car Parks

*All car parks have some disabled parking spaces.

Oswestry has several car parks across the town, the main one being Oswestry Central Car Park, a 483 space car park with a single entrance from Salop Road. If this is full, then try:
Smithfield Street Car Park: A 90 space short stay car park by Festival Square – more info.

• Festival Square Car Park: A 16 space car park on Festival Square – price info.
• The Horsemarket Car Park: A 147 space car park by the Market Hall. Motorhomes can be parked on this car park. Please note that overnight parking is not permitted – more info.
• Oswestry Oak Street: A 190 space car park just 5 minutes walk from town – price info.
• Oswestry Beatrice Street: A 117 space car park by the Bus Station with a 5-10 minute walk into town – price info.
• Sainsbury’s Car Park: A large car park, some free parking when shopping, check rules at car park.

Public Toilets

There are two main public toilet facilities.

• English Walls: Public toilet facilities are situated by the Central Car Park.
• Cae Glas Park: A stunning civic park with beautiful floral displays, childrens’ play area, bowling green, tennis courts, crazy golf course, and a lovely place to relax and enjoy.

Shopping and cafes

Across Oswestry town centre, you’ll find a rich mix of independent shops and larger nationals, as well as some wonderful places to break for a coffee/tea, some cake or a spot of lunch. Use the Town Map to help guide the way, or follow the finger-post signs.
