Shropshire Peer Counselling & Advocacy Service (PCAS) is a free to use, 100% independent, impartial and confidential advocacy service for people with any disability, over the age of 18, in Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin.
It has provided an excellent service for nearly 30 years with over 11,000 vulnerable disabled people helped.
