The library hosts regular community activities including storytelling sessions, craft activities, chess clubs, stay and play sessions, Welsh language practice groups and health services drop-in clinics. Additional services include family history research assistance, stop smoking support sessions, and Books Aloud reading sessions. The building provides study areas, baby-friendly facilities, gender-neutral toilets and accessibility features including lift access and designated parking spaces for Blue Badge holders.
