Invitation to tender for Llwyd Mansion Enabling Works

Oswestry Town Council is inviting tenders from an experienced heritage conservation building team with a proven track record to carry out the enabling works, repairs and surveys to guide the restoration of Llwyd Mansion, a Grade I listed building in the heart of Oswestry.

The anticipated date of appointment is 12 September 2025.
Closing date for applications is 22 August 2025. Applications to be returned by email to: tenders@oswestry-tc.gov.uk.
